Child Care
We are delighted to offer wrap around care from 8am to 6pm with
The Den Breakfast and After School Clubs
BREAKFAST DEN
Our Breakfast Club runs from 8-8.45am Monday to Friday and the cost is £3.40-£6.75 per day for all school and nursery aged children. Nursery children cost £6.75 for 2 year olds and £6.25 for 3 year olds. Parents have the ability to book their own sessions on their child’s Scopay account. Bookings must be paid for in advance. There is a varied menu and always a good choice of food on offer. After the children have finished their breakfast they will go outside with a member of staff on a dry day or will take part in an indoor activity if wet. Start the day enjoying breakfast with friends!
AFTER SCHOOL DEN
Our fantastic After School Den offers sessions from 3.30-6pm (term time only plus INSET days) with a range of flexible options available to ensure we are meeting the needs of all families. There is also the option to attend from 4.30pm so that your child can enjoy their Hordle Hub Clubs and then be collected by The Den team for snack time and more fun activities!
We run cookery and baking sessions, lego/construction, arts, crafts and many more activities as well as plenty of outdoor games when the weather permits. We make full use of the whole school environment, including our wonderful wildlife area and activities are tailored to suit all age groups. Healthy snacks are included each day.
The Den also has a Facebook page. Please like us and receive updates on all the activities we have been up to!
Both clubs welcome children from Hordle Explorers Nursery (from 2 years old) up to Year 6. Payment via Childcare voucher schemes is available or via our online payment system, Scopay. Both our Breakfast and After School Clubs welcome Nursery children. Our nursery Breakfast Club runs from 8-9am and the cost is £6.25 for 3+ year olds and £6.75 for 2 year olds per session. We accept payment for these sessions using funded hours (EYE Universal and Extended Hours), via Childcare Vouchers, the Tax Free Childcare scheme or via your child’s Scopay account.
